Great stay with awesome staff!

Had a nice 3-night stay! The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Rooms were clean and comfy. I loved the breakfast options—especially the waffles. The only thing was the pool area felt a bit crowded at times, but we still enjoyed it. Def looking forward to coming back soon!

I had a restful night after a long day of exploring. The staff helped me when I forgot my toiletries. The breakfast was a nice surprise with waffles and eggs. I appreciated the clean room and comfy pillows.

The doors were noisy, making it hard to sleep at times. The shower pressure felt weak.

I have always enjoyed my stay here, especially since it's just a short walk to Ruby Tuesday and a few steps from Hardee's, making dining after a long day of walking so convenient.

We hit up the Historic Artcraft Theater and explored the Johnson County Museum of History—both were cultural highlights. Plus, we enjoyed winery tours and some golf at Timbergate Golf Course. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and the location near outlet shopping was a bonus. Overall, a fun trip!

However, we did encounter some noise from a large group of teenagers, which was pretty distracting during our stay.

Clean and Comfortable with Great Staff

During my stay, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, with spotless amenities and well-maintained facilities. The complimentary breakfast was a delight, offering a variety of options to start the day right. Each staff member I encountered was friendly and eager to assist, making my experience enjoyable. However, I wish the shower water pressure was stronger for a more satisfying experience.

The breakfast was pretty good, and our room was super clean with a comfy bed! We loved relaxing in the indoor pool and soaking up some sun on the terrace. The only hiccup was that the parking area could get a bit crowded at times, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all. 😊

i had a great stay at comfort inn. the room was spacious and clean, which was a welcome surprise compared to my last visit in edinburgh. the breakfast selection was impressive with hot options and fresh fruits that really hit the spot.

Charming, Charming, Charming

The staff was so cute I loved the delicious breakfast spread with warm, seasoned dishes that started my day off perfectly. Plus, the location right next to the shopping outlets was a fantastic bonus for grabbing those good deals!

The nearby eats are a treat! Snag a quick bite at Ruby Tuesday or grab a slice from Snappy Tomato Pizza Co. Plus, the accessible Queen Room with two Queen beds was pretty snug for our two nights. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast, a solid start to our mornings!

I was a bit annoyed by the door that squeaked like a rusty old pirate ship.

The hotel's modern and clean vibe was comforting, and the staff was generally friendly. While I encountered a long wait during check-in and had a slightly musty room, the breakfast was decent, and the location near the outlet mall was a plus.

The stay was decent overall, especially since we were in town to help family. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was quite varied with warm options that tasted good. The pool area was enjoyable, although the water was a bit cold for the kids. A couple of minor maintenance issues arose, like the bathroom door handle, and I had to visit the front desk for new key cards a few times due to malfunctions, but the staff were friendly and did their best to assist us.

The staff was friendly especially the front desk ladies they made us feel welcome and like we were actually being taken care of something I didn’t expect from a hotel and breakfast was so good they had a variety of items even bacon and waffles and the dining area was well kept plus it was directly across from an outlet mall so we could shop after our stay.

It wasn’t inexpensive but it was still reasonable for the amenities we got.
